With 20 years of business and IT consulting experience and a CMRM credential, he focuses on diagnosing operational breakdowns in physician-owned practices and framing the path from practice activity to collected revenue. He owns front-end discovery conversations and works with practice owners to identify the highest-impact revenue recovery opportunities.

RCM and Practice Revenue Recovery Advisor

Flora is the RCM technical authority at RRS. With 20+ years of revenue cycle management experience across solo practitioners to multi-office medical groups and CMRM certification, she leads all delivery work on Health Checks, denial recovery projects, A/R cleanup, and billing system audits. She has EHR fluency across all major platforms including eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth, Kareo, Epic, Cerner, NextGen, and others.
